We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at the Zurich Oerlikon location, starting immediately or by agreement.
Do you want to use your performance marketing experience in a corporate environment and help to further develop lead generation through paid advertising for our 12 schools? Then you are in the right place!
Your Tasks:
- You ensure lead generation through our paid measures for our 13 educational institutions, thereby contributing directly to business success.
- Comprehensive support and optimization of centrally managed performance marketing measures:
- Creation, management, and monitoring of all Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta) campaigns for the subsidiaries.
- Monitoring of digital marketing measures, measuring the effectiveness of the resources used (ROI), and ongoing campaign optimization along defined KPIs.
- Analysis and preparation of conversion, CRM, and marketing data, as well as evaluation of the performance of marketing measures. Also, creation of monthly performance reporting for our subsidiaries.
- Independent setup, expansion, and optimization of tracking setups with Google Tag Manager, including testing and ensuring a clean data basis.
- Creative creation of creatives and visual content for our Paid Social campaigns.
- Assistance in building media plans and budgets, as well as support in implementing centrally managed digital marketing measures.
- Monitoring of the market, competition, and trends, as well as identification of concrete optimization potentials along our customer journey.
What you bring:
- Completed marketing further education.
- Min. 2 years of practical experience in performance marketing with a focus on Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta).
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, ideally also Google Data Studio.
- Analytical strength and a strong understanding of KPIs, lead generation, and ROI.
- Experience with budget management, reporting, and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working.
- Ability to prioritize: managing over 10 accounts requires you to constantly set priorities and question your actions based on business impact.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and the desire to get involved in a modern, growing environment.
- Openness to new developments in performance marketing and curiosity for the introduction of automated processes.
