Overview

Summit Financial is seeking a hands-on Performance Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in supporting Addepar. Successful Candidates will have experience using Addepar or similar performance reporting software (Advent, Orion, Albridge, Black Diamond, Tamarac, etc.), and experience in RIAs or BDs.

Role and Responsibilities

  • User Support · Provide support to Addepar users; this includes fixing errors, explaining metrics, and interacting w/ Addepar Support if need be.
  • Onboarding - transitioning new advisor teams onto platform.
  • Maintenance – Addepar is primarily responsible for processing daily feeds and reconciliation. On top of their efforts, the Performance Team monitors the instance for data integrity. The Performance Team also requests and maintains feeds and follows up when there are issues, and links new accounts to households.
  • Design and maintain user and client-facing dashboards & reports.
  • Other - Interacting w/ other Departments/Sub-Departments to assist with Addepar-related items. Assist with long-term projects to enhance Addepar’s utility.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College Degree
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years using Addepar or similar performance reporting software (Advent, Orion, Albridge, Black Diamond, Tamarac, etc.). Does not have to be administrative level; experience as a user is applicable.
  • This is not an IT or programming position.

Preferred Skills

  • High level of organizational skills & detail-oriented
  • Advanced/Expert level Microsoft Office skills; emphasis on Excel.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Previous experience at other RIAs/BDs.
