Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools:
  • Micro Focus LoadRunner / Performance Center
  • Apache JMeter
• Strong skills in test scripting, parameterization, and correlation.
• Solid understanding of web, API, microservices, and database performance testing.
• Proficient in analyzing application logs, APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic), and server metrics.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
