An established firm based in Pittsburgh, PA with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is centered on complex personal injury and motor vehicle accident litigation, with consistent trial exposure and courtroom experience representing plaintiff clients through the full litigation lifecycle.

• Competitive base salary ($135,000-$200,000 contingent on experience) + non-recoverable draw + commission and bonuses, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally with motor vehicle accident or automobile liability matters
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume litigation caseload through trial
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with long-term career-driven goals

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day litigation of motor vehicle accident cases from post-suit through trial
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
• Guide plaintiff clients through the full litigation process
• Coordinate with expert witnesses including scheduling conferences, drafting expert reports, and preparing affidavits
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs
