I’m partnering with a long‑established brokerage that has been supporting their community for over 50 years. This is a team that feels more like a family, collaborative, client‑focused, and committed to helping their people grow.

They’re now looking to welcome an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to their team.

What you will be doing:

You’ll manage your own book of business, supporting long‑standing clients with:

• Renewals, MTAs, and new business
• Providing expert advice across home, motor, travel, and other personal lines products
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients who value personal service

This isn’t a call centre. It’s a relationship‑driven environment where you’ll have the autonomy to really own your portfolio.

• Salary: €36,000 – €42,000 DOE + commission structure.
• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office

About you:

You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who wants to grow, develop, and eventually own your own book. Ideally, you bring:

• 3+ years’ Personal Lines experience
• Home & motor insurance experience
• Broker background (essential)
• APA Personal Lines minimum,
• Relay system experience (advantage)
• Strong communication skills and a natural client‑focused approach
