Your Role

• You are strong in sales, customer-oriented, and love actively engaging with people and companies in the job market, building sustainable client and customer portfolios (temp & permanent).
• Manage the entire recruitment process – from job posting to closing.
• Advise clients and candidates.
• Perform various administrative and organizational tasks.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, or personnel consulting.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
• Excellent spoken and written German skills.
