We are a growing personnel service provider with a focus on INDUSTRY, LOGISTICS, AND ENGINEERING. Our focus is on LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, PROFESSIONAL RECRUITING, AND EFFICIENT PERSONNEL DEPLOYMENT.

THIS POSITION IS AIMED AT APPLICANTS FROM THE BREMEN, ACHIM, AND VERDEN AREA, as punctual on-site appointments with clients are required. The activity can be predominantly carried out in HOME OFFICE.

Your Tasks

  • Support and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION (by phone, digital, in person) - scope will be gradually increased
  • Clarification of needs and close coordination with clients
  • Recruiting external employees (interviews, selection, candidate management)
  • Management of the external employee base

NOT PART OF THE JOB: Payroll, contract management, time tracking, and standard HR administration - these tasks are handled internally.

What You Should Bring

  • SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE as a personnel dispatcher, recruiter, or personnel consultant
  • HIGH SELF-RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEPENDENT WORKING STYLE - You actively shape your tasks, take responsibility, and think proactively.
  • Enjoyment of NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION and independent customer support
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor towards clients and candidates
  • Ideally, experience in INDUSTRY, LOGISTICS, OR TECHNICAL FIELDS

NOTE: This position is NOT PURELY AN ASSISTANT OR SIDE JOB - You work independently and are responsible for clients, recruiting, and projects.

We Offer

  • PART-TIME MODEL WITH FLEXIBLE START: 16 hours/week initially, with the prospect of UP TO 24 HOURS/WEEK
  • PREDOMINANTLY HOME OFFICE, on-site for client appointments as needed
  • Attractive compensation: €19.00 - €23.00 gross/hour, depending on experience
