Responsibilities

• Support and advise employees on all HR-related matters
• Recruit new talent: from job posting and applicant selection to onboarding
• Support personnel development and further training measures
• Assist with payroll processing
• Create and maintain personnel statistics and reports
• Participate in HR projects and continuously improve HR processes
• Ensure compliance with labor law regulations

Profile

• Completed training as a Human Resources Specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Sound knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
• Very good communication skills and high social competence
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
• Fluent German in spoken and written; further language skills are an advantage
