Responsibilities
- You support employees and managers in all personnel-related issues
- You take responsibility for day-to-day operations in our HR department and prepare all processes for administrative processing in the Shared Service Center
- You create the monthly personnel reporting and support the annual personnel cost planning and the annual financial statements
- You support recruiting – from the creation and publication of job advertisements to applicant management
- You actively contribute to HR projects (onboarding, personnel development) and support the further development of the HR area
Profile
- You have completed commercial training, preferably with additional qualification as a personnel specialist (IHK), a business administration degree with a focus on personnel, or a comparable qualification
- You definitely have several years of professional experience in the personnel area
- Knowledge of labor law and social security law is desirable
- You are characterized by service orientation, strong communication skills, and an independent way of working
- You work confidently with Office 365; knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus
- You have very good German language skills
