In recruiting, you will find the right talents, guide them through the application process, and work closely with our specialist departments and managers. With us, you will have the freedom to contribute your own ideas and creatively develop our HR work.
What to Expect
- Talents in Focus: Through targeted job advertisements, networks, and campaigns, you will find suitable candidates, review their applications, and conduct interviews.
- Manage Application Processes: You will maintain our talent pools, manage our recruiting portal, and ensure a smooth process for administrative tasks.
- Shape Communication: In close contact with specialist departments, branches, and applicants, you will ensure constant exchange.
- Rethink Recruiting: Together, we will creatively and strategically develop our recruiting, including through the use of social media and modern tools.
- Contribute: You will be involved in exciting HR projects and can actively contribute your ideas.
What You Bring
- Your Education and Experience: A commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an office management clerk (m/f/d), HR clerk (m/f/d), or business administrator (m/f/d), forms your foundation. Ideally, you have experience in HR – especially in recruiting.
- Your Strengths: You have a talent for communication, enjoy advising others, and are a true organizational talent.
- Soft Skills: Self-responsibility, team spirit, and service-oriented thinking characterize you.
- Tech Savvy: You are proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel & Co. and use them skillfully in your daily work.
