About Us

For our client, a medium-sized family business in the Minden-Lübbecke district, we are looking for a dedicated personality in Human Resources to fill a vacant position as soon as possible.

Your Role

The focus of this position is on recruiting and applicant management – with a focus on commercial employees, supplemented by the support of commercial positions. In addition, you will take on tasks in employee support, accompany the onboarding process, and actively contribute to the further development of modern HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the entire applicant management with a focus on commercial positions and additionally commercial vacancies
• Active support in recruiting, including collaboration with external partners and use of digital and social channels
• Organization and support of a structured onboarding process
• Contact person for employees and managers in personnel-related matters
• Participation in the further development of efficient and practical recruiting and HR processes

Qualifications

• Initial or several years of experience in human resources with a focus on recruiting or employee support
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different target groups
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Empathy, reliability, and a good sense for people
• Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
