• Direct Address & Active Sourcing: You inspire talents through targeted communication and use business platforms as well as social media channels to find suitable candidates – with a clear focus on technical positions
• Design Job Advertisements & Postings: You create appealing job advertisements and creative postings that attract applicants and present our challenges transparently and authentically
• Applicant Communication & Support: You conduct application interviews independently and guide candidates through the entire process – from initial contact to successful hiring
• Contract Management & Reporting: You create employment contracts, ensure clear and organized documentation, and provide meaningful reports to ensure a smooth process
• Active Representation & Employer Branding: You represent our company at university fairs, in schools, and other relevant events, actively contributing to the sustainable strengthening of our brand and employer brand
• Process Optimization: You contribute creative ideas and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes and strategies

What We Can Expect from You:

• Education and Studies: You have completed studies in economics, psychology, human resources management, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training, e.g., as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in HR – preferably with a focus on services. Other professional and training backgrounds with relevant experience are also very welcome!
• Communication Skills and Technical Understanding: You have strong communication skills and a passion for recruiting technical talent. You understand the requirements of technical positions and can skillfully link them with candidates' career paths.
• Experience with Business Platforms and Social Media: You have experience with business platforms and social media channels and know exactly how to approach the right candidates and inspire them for the right positions.
• Team Player with Enjoyment of Collaboration: You are a true team player who thrives in a family-like, dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Structured Work and Process Optimization: You work in a structured and reliable manner and actively contribute your ideas to continuously optimize processes and thus increase recruiting success.
