About Us

As a Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d), you are the central interface between the specialist departments and the job market. With strategic skill and a feel for people, you shape the entire recruiting process – from the first advertisement to successful hiring.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the entire selection process (sourcing, screening, interviews).
• Proactive identification and approach of candidates via social networks (LinkedIn, Xing) and databases.
• Close cooperation with managers to define requirement profiles and selection strategies.
• Ensuring appreciative and professional communication with applicants throughout the entire process.
• Representing the company at career fairs and participating in projects to increase employer attractiveness.

Your Profile

• Studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR.
• Relevant professional experience in personnel recruitment (in-house or agency).
• In-depth knowledge of social media recruiting and MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.
