As part of our sustainable growth, we are looking for a permanent position for HFL Herbst Frischelogistik GmbH at the Bad Hersfeld location as soon as possible:

Your Role

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process – from job posting to onboarding
• Active sourcing and acquisition of talent through various channels (e.g., social media, job portals)
• Support of the commercial employee group along the entire employee lifecycle
• Contact person for employees and managers on personnel and labor law issues
• Participation in personnel and management development
• Planning and implementation of HR projects and further development of processes and instruments
• Collaboration with external service providers and management of internal interfaces
• Support in operational HR day-to-day business (e.g., personnel administration, personnel deployment planning, certificates, data maintenance, planning of training courses, etc.)
• Optional depending on experience: Support in payroll accounting – training in the subject is possible at any time
• Organization and further development of recruiting and onboarding processes

Your Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship with initial experience in the HR department / certified HR specialist / degree in Human Resources
• Interest in flexible adaptation of recruiting processes
• Basic knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally initial experience with HR systems (e.g., Datev Lodas, etc.)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident demeanor
• Creativity and interest in contributing to modern recruiting projects
