About Us

We are in landscaping and gardening. This means real work, real projects, real people. No PowerPoint careers, but dirt under your fingernails and results you can touch. Our team is good at what it does – and pretty bad at looking polished. We laugh a lot, discuss honestly, and have a healthy aversion to empty HR buzzwords.

What we're looking for

What we're missing is you. Someone who understands recruiting not as "filling positions" but as hunting for the right people. Knows that good recruiting is a creative task and gets bored in front of standard career portals. And at the same time is confident enough to speak with management on an equal footing – even when it gets uncomfortable. You won't be managing forms with us, but influencing decisions.

Do you have a thick skin? Hopefully. Humor? We expect it. Perfect CVs? They don't exist here.

Application Process

Don't apply "classically". If you send us a CV, we'll read it – of course. But we'd be more pleased with something that shows how you tick. A voice message, a short video (please send it via email to jobs@grewe-gruppe.de), a text that makes us laugh or think. Or something we haven't thought of ourselves.
