About Us

We are a boutique recruiting firm that places top sales talent at seed to Series C startups. Our recruiters source and screen candidates, I review and approve the best ones, and then we need someone who can write a compelling submission that gets hiring managers to take action.

That is where you come in.

What you will do

• Take approved candidate profiles and turn them into punchy, persuasive submissions that sell the candidate to the hiring team.
• Not oversell. Not sound like AI. Just clear, confident writing that makes a hiring manager think this person is worth 30 minutes of my time.
• Each submission takes roughly 5 minutes. We send between 5 and 10 approved submissions per week so this is a focused, flexible role.

• You write like a human.
• You know how to lead with the most compelling thing about a candidate and cut everything else.
• You can make someone sound exciting without exaggerating.
• You take feedback well and get better fast.

Who this is not for

If your default is to paste a resume into ChatGPT and clean it up, this is not the role for you. Hiring managers can smell that and it kills our credibility.
