What you'll do
- You will conduct pre-qualifying interviews with applicants, get to know their motivation and qualifications, and ensure they match our clients' requirements.
- You will take on organizational tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing interviews, or maintaining candidate information, actively supporting daily business.
- You will guide candidates through the initial steps of the application process, ask the right questions, and ensure all important information is structured and documented.
- You will keep our team lead and the recruiting team informed about the current status of candidates, interviews, and projects, ensuring clean documentation.
- You will work closely with our team, keeping everyone updated and contributing to finding the best candidates for our clients together.
- You are the first voice many candidates hear from us. With your open and professional manner, you ensure a positive candidate experience and help us connect the right talent with the right companies.

- You must complete an internship (at least 6 months) as part of your studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, or similar).
