Your Role

Are you passionate about IT project management and want to apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies? Then you've come to the right place! We are currently developing a new software solution for our retail branches across Europe as part of the Best Drive Lift Program and are looking for you for our mandatory internship – Project Management / Program Management Functions (m/f/d).

Starting as soon as possible, we offer you the opportunity for 3-6 months to ideally combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with various practical aspects. Together with experienced colleagues, you will be part of the Program Management Functions team, ensuring successful project management and supporting our project teams in the introduction of a new software solution. Within Program Management Functions, the areas of Controlling, Project & Roll-Out Management, Governance & Quality Management, and Solution Architecture are bundled.

We will need you mostly on-site at our headquarters in Hannover. But we also understand that there are days when you prefer to work from home. Therefore, we will find a solution together that works for all of us – remote working hours are possible in consultation with your supervisor.

As a full team member, you will support us with the following tasks:

• Creation and implementation of communication concepts
• Planning and preparation of workshops and other international events
• Compilation of information and development of project presentations
• Creation of analyses and dashboards, as well as status tracking and planning within the project
• On-/Offboarding of project members
• Maintenance and follow-up of project budgets

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Students of an advanced business administration, economics, communication science, or comparable field of study
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Mandatory internship as per study regulations
