Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates and working with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best‑fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
• Screen and interview candidates
• Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field
• Recruiting or internship experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong computer skills including AI, web‑based tools, and MS Office
