Position Overview

As a Business Analyst (BA), you will play a key role in executing small-scale projects. You’ll act as a vital link between business operations, technology teams, clients, and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand and address business needs. Your contributions will be essential for navigating strategic initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, and improvements in technology or operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently execute small projects or collaborate with a team of BAs on larger projects, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Define and validate business needs with project teams.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify subject matter experts necessary for project efforts.
• Assess capability gaps and propose effective solution options and approaches.
• Plan and conduct business analysis activities with detailed documentation.
• Prepare for and facilitate elicitation sessions to gather requirements.
• Ensure requirements traceability to solution scope and objectives.
• Define user acceptance testing approaches in accordance with established methodologies.
• Adhere to business analysis standards aligned with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
• Familiarity with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
• Client relationship management experience.
• Progress toward or completion of a Business Analysis certification.
• Experience gathering requirements using various techniques.
• Experience in specifying and modeling requirements.
• Proficient in basic office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).

The potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000 to $106,000, depending on your experience and skills.
