PHP/Laravel Backend Developer

We’re looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel Backend Developer to build and optimize API integrations with various sales channels and point-of-sale (POS) systems. This role will help our users connect their platforms to our system and provide real-time access to key sales data such as sales totals, cash, COGS, fees, taxes, discounts, and refunds.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing API integrations with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Square, and QuickBooks, Stripe, ...
• Standardizing incoming data and ensuring real-time synchronization with our system.
• Ensuring the scalability of integrations for future platform additions.
• Collaborating to automate financial data into our accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Integrations: Build secure, real-time integrations with sales channels and POS systems. Handle data like sales, refunds, COGS, taxes, and fees.
• Data Standardization: Standardize incoming data for consistency across platforms.
• System Scalability: Develop scalable API architecture for new integrations.
• Testing & Debugging: Ensure data accuracy and stability through rigorous testing.
• Collaboration: Work with frontend, QA, and other teams to optimize platform performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with PHP & Laravel: 3-5 years of backend development, including API design and integration.
• API Expertise: Proven experience integrating APIs with e-commerce and POS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Square).
• Data Processing: Strong skills in data standardization and real-time synchronization.
• Scalable Design: Ability to design flexible relational systems for future growth.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with accounting software integrations (QuickBooks, Xero).
• Experience with financial data processing and automated journal creation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Github Actions) and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
