Physician Recruiter

Purpose & Scope:

Responsible for all aspects of Physician Recruitment for the Virginia Hospital Center This individual recommends recruitment strategies to the Chairman of the Board, Vice President Physician Services and the Director of Recruitment and assists with the development of the recruitment plan in keeping patient care, division goals, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost at all times.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Two years of experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.

One year of experience is physician recruitment is preferred.
