We’re an e-commerce growth-focused digital marketing team that helps Shopify stores, DTC brands, bloggers, and product-based businesses turn Pinterest into a predictable traffic and sales channel.
We’re expanding our remote team and looking for a talented Pinterest Marketing Manager experienced in driving organic and paid growth for e-commerce brands. If you love crafting high‑performing Pinterest strategies and analyzing results that actually move the needle, we’d love to work with you!
Position Type

What You’ll Do
- Manage Pinterest accounts for multiple e-commerce or DTC clients
- Handle account setup and optimization (Rich Pins, board structure, SEO)
- Conduct Pinterest keyword research and create data‑backed strategies
- Plan and schedule organic pin content (30–60/month) using Tailwind
- Design engaging, brand‑aligned pin graphics in Canva
- Set up and manage Pinterest Ads campaigns (Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, Retargeting)
- Track key metrics using Pinterest Analytics and Google Analytics
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Pinterest for e-commerce, lifestyle, or content‑based brands
- Understanding of Pinterest SEO and organic growth strategies
- Familiarity with Pinterest Ads Manager and campaign optimization
- Strong eye for design and branding consistency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self‑starter who can manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, or affiliate marketing
- Ability to create or repurpose content into educational or shoppable pins
- Knowledge of Tailwind Communities or performance scaling techniques
