Responsibilities

Responsibilities for an IT Project Manager include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage enterprise IT security and compliance‑driven projects, including multi‑phase, multi‑year initiatives
• Own scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively escalating concerns to stakeholders
• Drive accountability across matrixed and shared‑resource teams without direct people management authority
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level communications, including agendas, meeting notes, and detailed status reports aligned with PMO governance standards

Requirements

Candidates for IT Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 5–7+ years of dedicated project management experience (project management must be the core role)
• PMP certification – REQUIRED
• Demonstrated experience managing large, high‑impact enterprise initiatives, preferably in regulated or compliance‑driven environments
• Proven ability to work with and present to Director‑ and VP‑level leadership with a strong history of role stability

$64.29 per hour
