Main Job Purpose

To effectively and efficiently ensure that stock is available for sales through the planning, placement and coordination of stock orders, thereby ensuring excellent customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

Main Objectives

• Plan and control stock availability through optimal forecasting to aid sales and operation efficiencies and minimize stockouts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end ordering process of items both locally and internationally, including ordering, tracking and invoicing, to ensure the organisation has the right parts at the right time.
• Support the sales team by providing accurate information to enable sales and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Compile accurate and detailed information for the business to make effective decisions on an ongoing basis.
• Build working relationships with suppliers to continuously improve service delivery, optimise inventory availability and maintain open communication channels across the business.
• Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision‑making for the business.

Critical Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any relevant qualification.
• 3–5 years experience essential in a warehouse environment.
