RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for leading all engineering activates
• Direct engineering department continuous improvement activities and corrective actions
• Lead Clinton launch team for engineering changes and implantations of new equipment from the integrators
• Track, monitor and implement required activities to meet or exceed business plan and corporate goals
• Track, monitor department goals and track measurables toward these goals
• Ensure accountability and discipline within the engineering department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Engineering or Engineering cross discipline. Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum eight (8) years' experience in an automotive/metal/assembly environment, and two (2) years of management experience
• Posses knowledge of plant department functions
