We’re looking for a Platform DevOps Engineer to join our partner’s global technology team. This role is central to modernizing infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and scaling automation.

The platform team focuses on accelerating software and infrastructure delivery by driving DevOps practices that improve culture and processes. Their mission is to establish a streamlined route to production through automation, removing bottlenecks, and strengthening pipelines.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to enhance reliability, performance, and the overall developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to streamline deployments and improve delivery processes in an agile environment
• Strengthen observability with effective monitoring, logging, and alerting practices
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution for production issues
• Support revenue-critical teams by enhancing system reliability and developer productivity
• Promote best practices in security, performance, scalability, and documentation
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and mentor peers, setting high standards for precision engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, Nexus, SonarQube) and pipeline optimization (Docker, caching techniques)
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud platforms (OCI preferred)
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitOps workflows (FluxCD/ArgoCD)
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OCI Observability)
• Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to manage migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
• Collaborative communicator, able to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
