As a key technical person, you actively shape the integration landscape of a modern IT organization and ensure that services work together reliably, securely, and scalably. If you not only understand distributed systems but love them, you're in the right place.

Responsibilities

• Conception, development, and stable operation of central platform components in the area of system and service integration
• Design and implementation of integration solutions based on modern patterns such as Event-Driven Architecture, Message Queuing (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API orchestration
• Operation and monitoring of services according to defined SLOs and quality standards - including incident analysis and continuous improvement
• Development of reusable solution components, technical guidelines, and best practices for product-related development teams
• Consulting and technical leadership in API design, security architecture, and integration issues across team boundaries
• Active participation in shaping the platform strategy and further development of the technical target image

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of API design principles and modern security standards (REST, OpenAPI, OAuth2, mTLS, Zero-Trust architectures)
• Conceptual know-how in distributed systems: Idempotency, Eventual Consistency, distributed transactions, Saga pattern
• Several years of experience with integration and middleware technologies as well as API management platforms
• Practical experience with Cloud-Native technologies and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD)
• Solid programming skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Go, Python, TypeScript)
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Enjoyment in empowering other teams and anchoring knowledge sustainably
