Our Tech & Product Team of about 400 experts pursues the goal of creating the best possible customer shopping experience for our online marketplace through innovative technical developments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive partner to development teams, identifying user needs and delivering value-driven solutions that improve team efficiency.
• Ensure critical Platform services including GitLab, Vault, and Datadog are always up-to-date and secure.
• Make the use of the Platform simple and seamless for developers, including delivering Backstage as a single point of entry.
• Contribute to custom feature implementation in Go and Typescript based on user needs.
• Enable Platform and Product teams to make confident, fast decisions by making systems observable and providing clear guidelines and training.

Qualifications

• Great experience in application development with Go or Typescript.
• Understanding of distributed systems design.
• Ability to build qualitative and easy-to-maintain software and support development teams by understanding their code and goals.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes, and CI/CD flows.
• Ability to maintain and upgrade critical system components.
• Fluent in English (C1).
