Systems Engineer

Essential Functions

• Define and maintain the overall systems engineering strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Design and approve system architecture standards and integration frameworks for enterprise environments.
• Lead and mentor the systems engineering team to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of critical systems infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards across all systems.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and technology projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for leadership and regulatory compliance.
