About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the internal developer platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-level technical issues and incident analysis.
  • Analyze complex infrastructure incidents and implement permanent bug fixes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing product development and feature enhancement of the platform.
  • Support and guide development teams in adopting platform features according to DevOps principles.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation to maintain the stability of business-critical services.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience working with Azure cloud environments.
  • You bring advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, including troubleshooting and cluster management.
  • You possess experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, specifically using GitHub Actions.
  • You're familiar with Monitoring and Observability tools for platform health tracking.
  • You have a strong affinity for software delivery processes and DevOps methodologies.
  • You're proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented with a natural drive to help others succeed.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of the Java Spring stack.
  • Willingness to obtain additional cloud certifications.
