Platform Engineer III

About

Seeking a full-time Platform Engineer III, this remote position will design, deploy, and operate AKS clusters, manage Azure infrastructure through Terraform, and build GitOps-based deployment pipelines while participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate AKS clusters for production application workloads
• Own Azure infrastructure provisioning through Terraform, ensuring strong discipline around module design and change controls
• Build and operate GitOps-based deployment pipelines using ArgoCD, collaborating with application teams for safe releases
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience architecting and operating workloads on Microsoft Azure
• 3+ years of production experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Strong Terraform skills, including module authoring and CI-integrated workflows
• Production experience with ArgoCD or comparable GitOps tooling
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash and Python
