About
In this role, you will take on the expert function in the DevOps environment, work closely with development teams, and shape operations, automation, and platforms. You will build standardized deployment solutions, implement IaC, and ensure quality, security, and stability in build and release processes. You will drive GitOps, containerization, and monitoring, and work on a scalable, traceable platform landscape. Your work will support fast, reliable software delivery within the team.
Responsibilities
- Take on an expert role within the DevOps team and contribute Ops expertise to development teams
- Work closely with developers to optimize build, deployment, and release processes
- Build, operate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Support containerization and deployment of applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Introduce and apply GitOps and automation approaches
- Provide standardized platform and deployment building blocks
- Implement Infrastructure as Code for reproducible environment deployment
- Integrate security and quality checks into development and deployment processes
- Ensure stability, performance, and traceability through monitoring and logging
- Document DevOps standards, processes, and best practices
Requirements
- Several years of DevOps experience or interface role between development and operations
- Very good Docker and Kubernetes knowledge, ideally Helm
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Practical experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Basic Linux, network, and security knowledge
- Team-oriented way of working and good communication skills

Requirements
- Mehrjährige DevOps-Erfahrung oder Schnittstellenrolle zwischen Entwicklung und Betrieb
- Sehr gute Docker- und Kubernetes-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Helm
