Lead fast-paced commercial drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling projects from pre-construction to completion. Work directly with clients, subcontractors, field crews, and estimators to ensure projects meet expectations for quality, safety, and schedule.

Responsibilities: • Plan and oversee daily project execution, budgets, and timelines • Coordinate RFI/submittal processes and manage change orders • Collaborate with field and office teams to maintain efficiency and documentation standards • Conduct regular site visits to enforce quality, safety protocols, and progress reporting

Qualifications: • 5+ years' experience managing commercial construction or specialty subcontractor projects • Strong knowledge of drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical systems • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools • Focus on safety and quality; ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
