Context

As part of the development of a high-impact product for a major public service player, we are looking for a Senior PM / PO capable of evolving in a complex, cross-functional, and demanding environment. We seek an autonomous profile, experienced across the entire product cycle, capable of embodying both a Product Management vision and a strong operational Product Owner dimension. You will be a true facilitator between product, UX, technical, and business teams to ensure useful, measurable, and user-impact-oriented deliveries.

Your Missions

Product Steering & Roadmap

• Co-build the product roadmap with the PM and field teams.
• Translate user needs into high-value features.
• Structure and prioritize the product backlog based on impact logic.
• Maintain a pragmatic, results-oriented product vision.

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and features.
• Prepare and facilitate sprint planning.
• Ensure backlog monitoring and coordination of cross-functional topics.
• Perform functional testing and guarantee non-regression.

Animation & Facilitation

• Lead Agile rituals: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, framing workshops.
• Facilitate communication between developers, UX, support, deployment, and PM.
• Facilitate team progress and remove blockers.

Data-Driven Steering & Impact

• Measure the impact of deployed features using Matomo, Metabase, or equivalent tools.
• Participate in a continuous experimentation process (A/B tests, user feedback, usage analysis).
• Inform product decisions using data and field feedback.

Coordination & Complex Environment

• Work with multiple stakeholders in a demanding institutional context.
• Manage exchanges with internal and external suppliers (technical teams, infrastructure, purchasing, etc.).
• Integrate political, organizational, and operational stakes into product decisions.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Product Management and Product Ownership.
• Solid mastery of Agile methods.
• Significant experience in complex or institutional environments.
• Excellent ability to formalize business needs.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in backlog steering and priority management.
• Good user and impact-oriented product culture.

Appreciated Skills

• Knowledge of digital accessibility challenges.
• Sensitivity to impact measurement and product data.
• Proficiency in Matomo, Metabase, or similar tools.
• Experience with test strategies and functional testing.
