Job Summary • We are seeking a results-oriented PMO Analyst who thrives on structure, accountability, and driving project success across teams. • The ideal candidate should have a track record of keeping projects on track, improving delivery standards, and influencing outcomes.

Core Skill Set Requirements Technical & Functional • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2 • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and tracking • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools • Ability to analyze project data and generate actionable insights • Strong risk identification and mitigation skills • Experience with project governance, reporting, and documentation • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Experience & Qualification Requirements • Degree in Business Administration, Project Managementor related field • Minimum 3–5 years experience in a PMO, Project Management, or related role • Experience supporting multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously • Relevant certifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile are an added advantage

Strict Qualification Filters Non-Negotiable: • Must demonstrate experience in structured PMO environments • Proven ability to track, manage, and report on project performance • Evidence of improving project delivery timelines, efficiency, or reporting accuracy • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to execution

What Will Make You Stand Out: • Experience working on large-scale or multi-project environments • Proven ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements • Strong reporting capability with executive-level presentations • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and enforce accountability

Key Responsibilities • Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports • Support project governance and compliance with PMO standards • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate where necessary • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery • Improve and standardize project management processes and templates • Provide insights that support better decision-making
