About

For several of our clients, we are looking for consultants with 6 years of experience (excluding apprenticeships) to support the management of a project portfolio within a structured environment, ensuring budget tracking, data quality, and reporting production to facilitate decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the update and reliability of reference budget data
• Track budget consumption and analyze variances
• Guarantee the quality of information entered into steering tools
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of Business and IT initiatives
• Coordinate project investment validation processes
• Organize and lead periodic portfolio reviews
• Produce and analyze reports for steering committees
• Implement process improvements and performance indicators
• Contribute to the preparation of planning exercises (e.g., QBR, budget cycles)
• Ensure the compliance and quality of deliverables
• Provide methodological support and expertise to project managers
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, ClickSense)
