Do complex industrial environments, transformation programmes, and hands-on operational execution speak to you?
At MIGSO-PCUBED, we support major international organisations in delivering critical transformation and industrial programmes across complex operational environments.
We are looking for consultants capable of combining strategic understanding, operational credibility, and strong programme execution capabilities.
This role goes beyond traditional PMO activities.
We are looking for profiles able to assess complex situations, structure transformation environments, engage senior stakeholders, and then support hands-on operational deployment and programme execution on the ground.
Responsibilities
As a member of our dynamic and international teams, you will play a key role in the success of our clients’ projects. Your main challenges will be:
- Planning and coordinating industrial projects and transformation initiatives across international and operational environments
- Supporting programme steering through reporting, KPI monitoring, risk management, and executive decision-making support
- Conducting operational assessments, stakeholder workshops, and identifying governance or execution gaps
- Structuring PMO frameworks, steering processes, and corrective action plans to improve programme performance
- Contributing hands-on to programme recovery, operational deployment, and cross-functional coordination
Location
- French-speaking Switzerland
- Regular on-site presence depending on project context
- International travel may be required
Profile
- You hold an Engineering degree (Master’s level or equivalent) – a strong academic background is essential.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in programme management, transformation, PMO, or operational environments within complex industries.
- You already have a first successful professional experience in Switzerland.
- You are bilingual in at least two of the following languages: French, English, German (is an important plus). Full proficiency in the third is a strong asset.
- You are recognized for your leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate in complex technical environments.
- You are comfortable interacting both with executive stakeholders and operational teams on the ground.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
