Davidson consulting
About the role
About Davidson
Joining Davidson means more than just becoming part of a group of 3000 consultants across 6 countries and 2 continents. It means joining THE company that has been voted by its employees as a Great Place To Work France and Europe for 4 years, and is also one of the largest B Corps in France, named Best of the World in the "employees" category in 2022! (B Corps form a community of companies that have decided to be not the best in the world, but the best FOR the world).
Because our development is based on strong principles:
- Deep respect for all our stakeholders: consultants, clients, and suppliers. Because while work "doesn't make happiness," it can certainly "make unhappiness." We are therefore committed to listening and acting with honesty.
- Equal opportunities in the treatment of our applications and in the career management of our employees. We believe in a workplace where gender equality, inclusion, and diversity are the norm.
- Minimal environmental footprint, and maximal societal impact. This is why, beyond the missions you will carry out, you can also contribute to projects that Davidson supports: international solidarity missions (with Planète Urgence), volunteering with associations (each Davidsonian has 3 days per year to assist them), mentoring students from disadvantaged backgrounds (with Article 1), investing in startups developing innovative solutions, collective and individual actions to reduce our carbon impact...
- Adhocratic Management based on the implementation of the principles of the "horizontal company" and "tribal management." On this last point, an important clarification: well-being at work is a luxury that a "solid" company must be able to afford. This implies that Davidsonians must combine initiative, commitment, and professionalism. Because "without work, talent is just a dirty habit." And this encourages us to seek to recruit people... better than us...
We encourage applications from people with disabilities, and we are committed to best meeting their specific needs.
