About the role
As a PMO Lead - Project Coordinator for the Robotics Operating System (ROOS) Program, your role is crucial in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of program activities while aligning with strategic OS priorities. You will have the opportunity to establish and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) for ROOS, implementing governance, standards, and reporting practices to support cross-functional teams and provide executive-level visibility for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities: - Run the daily operations of the ROOS Program Management Office, adhering to established priorities, governance, and standards. - Assist program and project teams with administrative tasks such as progress reporting, milestone tracking, and status updates. - Gather, validate, and consolidate program data for dashboards, reports, and leadership reviews. - Enforce adherence to agreed processes, templates, and reporting cadences by the teams. - Coordinate cross-functional inputs to manage dependencies, risks, and issues across initiatives. - Offer visibility into delivery status, key risks, and resource requirements to facilitate informed decision-making. - Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and scheduling of program activities. - Maintain PMO tools, documentation, repositories, and SharePoint access for accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications: - Experience in managing projects and programs, whether in industry or consulting. - Demonstrated proficiency in program management, encompassing planning, governance, scope management, and reporting. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse contributors across functions. - Background in organizational change and transformation, particularly in complex, global environments. - Structured and collaborative working approach, adept at bringing clarity and order to evolving program structures. - Effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise updates for operational teams and executive leaders. - High level of motivation, ownership, and drive, comfortable with establishing processes from scratch and guiding teams through ambiguity.
