- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PMO roles with strong RMG experience
- Proven expertise in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce management
- Experience working in CMMI Level 3 (or higher) environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 / CMMI is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and MS Office
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and resource optimization
- Experience in IT services / consulting environments is a strong advantage
