The OHB Digital Connect GmbH is looking for a PMO Manager (m/f/d) at the Mainz location for a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Support for project managers and the program manager in project planning, organization, and execution
• Assistance with resource planning, clarification of personnel requirements, and technical skills
• Support in the creation and maintenance of the project structure plan and work packages
• Structuring and maintenance of project schedules and execution of deadline control
• Cost tracking and control in cooperation with controlling
• Participation in the creation of contracts, orders, and procurements
• Organization of meetings and events
• Creation and delivery of presentations for customers
• Support of claim management
• Participation in bids and acquisitions of new development projects
• Creation of technical and commercial offer documents together with specialist teams

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in project management and with project management methods
• Experience with project planning tools, e.g. MS Project
• Good analytical skills for describing complex systems
• Teamwork skills and proactive, independent working style
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
• High willingness to cooperate and conflict resolution skills
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
