The Fuel and Fluid Systems Division (DSFF) of SAO works on fuel and fluid systems as well as anti-icing protection systems.

Within the Engineering Planning PMO team, you contribute to mastering and improving project and business management performance by supporting operational teams to achieve their Cost, Schedule, Quality objectives, managing risks and opportunities, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the development of project references in the oSmoz tool aligned with project objectives (planning, budgets, costs to completion).
• Consolidate forecasted and actual costs to completion.
• Manage the performance of the Technico-economic process, consolidate and alert.
• Propose scenarios/corrective actions for decision-making and contribute to arbitration file preparation.
• Support project integrated planning of development activities.
• Assist technical project managers in budget convergence.
• Ensure the oSmoz management tool is properly updated respecting standards and schedules.
• Support QCD managers in their use and adoption of the group project management tool oSmoz.
• Interface with the central PMO to master oSmoz evolutions and effectively coach QCD managers in tool usage.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5), generalist engineer or specialized in mechanics, electronics, software, or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Ability to propose process improvements.
• Proficient written and oral communication in English.
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment.
• Occasional travel to other division sites expected.
