Responsibilities
- Contribute to project progress monitoring by ensuring the quality and consolidation of data provided to the Program Manager and Finance.
- Update and verify the reliability of the project's cost at completion (CAT) and remaining financial cost for lots and the project, as well as charges.
- Update and manage level 1 to 4 schedules and lead meetings (critical path analysis, identify solutions for gap reduction, etc.).
- Lead the risk and opportunity (R&O) approach (ARENGI BOX tools).
- Update project indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (time/time charts, CAT, budget bridges, R&O, workload/resource matching, deliverable tracking).
- Prepare summaries, raise necessary alerts, and monitor action plans.
- Support the project team on project management practices.
- Contribute to the deployment of the project management repository, processes, and best practices.
What we expect from you
Ready to take on the challenge that will give a new dimension to your career? As part of the development of our activities in the defense sector, we are looking for our future collaborator for a "PMO / Project Management Officer" role.
- You hold a degree in engineering or higher education (Bac +5) in project management.
- You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a PMO role.
- Knowledge of one or more planning tools/software (Sciforma, Planisware, MS Project) and an ERP is a major asset.
- An IPMA or PMI project management certification is also a plus.
- English is your ally and you speak it fluently.
- You are recognized for your autonomy, your analytical and synthesis skills, and your adaptability.
