Project Manager Officer H/F

For our site (330 people) located in Baie de Somme, we are looking for a Project Manager Officer H/F as part of an investment and growth strategy. Positioned at the interface of the R&D and Quality departments, you will guarantee the reliability and completeness of project management data. You will analyze results and formulate recommendations to support decision-making in line with QCDP (Quality, Costs, Deadlines, Performance) objectives. You will also provide operational support to the R&D department and project teams.

Main Missions

• Provide support in understanding and adopting project management tools and processes
• Ensure the application of project management tools and processes by project managers and contributors
• Support project managers in project planning and management to optimize schedules, costs, deadlines, quality, and overall performance.
• Establish dashboards and presentation materials for project review meetings.
• Ensure the up-to-date maintenance of management tools and KPIs:
  • Project workload plans / project portfolio
  • Project schedules
  • Project cost tracking table - Model Change
  • Project risk portfolio - Risks Monitoring & Mitigation Plan
  • Project opportunity portfolio
  • Project management reporting and dashboards
  • Summary of deviations from commitments and convergence projections
  • Project control governance (project management plan)
• Ensure compliance with the company's established project control processes
• Enable risk identification, anticipate difficulties, and be proactive in proposing alternatives for risk management.
• Ensure traceability of decision-making
• Assist the R&D Manager with occasional tasks: Summary of deviations from commitments and convergence projections
• Assist the R&D Manager with occasional tasks

Qualifications

• BAC +5 degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Project Management, with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera, Gantt Project).
• Solid mastery of problem-solving tools, synthesis skills, and ability to prepare decision-making support materials.
• Fluent professional English, to facilitate cross-functional and multi-site communication, including internationally.

Working Conditions and Environment

• Position based at the company headquarters in Friville (80).
• Position to be filled as soon as possible.
• Full-time permanent contract (CDI).
