Since 1989, CompuSafe Data Systems AG, part of the audius group, has been offering customized IT services and IT transformation for corporate clients in long-term, partnership-based business relationships. As part of our IT services, we offer services along the value chain Consult-Design-Build-Operate-Manage (CD-BOM). Focus areas include project management and support for application and data center operations.

IT transformation is our second significant area of expertise. The replacement of legacy applications and the transition to 5G play a crucial role here. IT workforce transformation is a central supporting element. This also addresses the problem of the ever-increasing shortage of skilled workers for us and our clients.

Responsibilities

• Planning and management of medium to complex projects in the digitalization environment
• Support of the project manager/sponsor in conducting quality gates
• Organization, moderation, and documentation of project reviews and workshops
• Technical and content-related review of project results and project documentation
• Risk and quality management including analysis, evaluation, and measure control (e.g., R2C)
• Conducting and moderating risk workshops and continuous risk monitoring
• Planning, implementation, and further development of quality management measures in projects
• Identification of dependencies with other projects and programs, including coordination
• Reporting, controlling, and documentation of risks as well as tracking of measures

Qualifications

• Completed degree (Business Administration or IT) or equivalent education with at least 10 years of professional experience in the IT/commercial environment
• At least 4 years of experience as a project employee or consultant in the digitalization environment
• Sound knowledge in project management
• At least 4 years of experience in risk and quality management
• Very good knowledge of Jira, MS Office, and MS Project, as well as experience with risk management tools (e.g., R2C)
• Several years of experience in quality management (including document review, quality gates, quality assurance)
• Certification in project management (e.g., IPMA Level D or comparable)
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
