Role Description

Toll International is seeking an experienced Engineering Technology Manager to support the Engineering Solutions Department of a major transportation infrastructure owner organization in the New York metropolitan area.

This hybrid role is based in Jersey City, NJ and focuses on the administration, governance, optimization, and operational support of enterprise engineering technology platforms supporting large-scale capital infrastructure programs.

The selected candidate will support BIM/VDC workflows, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments, engineering collaboration systems, digital delivery operations, engineering application governance, and cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Technology, Cybersecurity, and project delivery stakeholders.

The role requires a strong operational understanding of infrastructure digital delivery environments, engineering systems governance, cloud collaboration platforms, and enterprise engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Autodesk Construction Cloud environments and engineering collaboration workflows
• Support BIM/VDC operational workflows across infrastructure project teams
• Coordinate engineering software deployments, upgrades, permissions, and governance standards
• Support engineering application ecosystems including Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, ArcGIS, and related engineering platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity teams to evaluate and implement engineering technology solutions
• Monitor engineering technology utilization, operational performance, and workflow effectiveness
• Support engineering data management, document control, and cloud collaboration standards
• Assist with engineering technology modernization and digital delivery initiatives
• Deliver user support, onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Participate in infrastructure project coordination and engineering technology planning activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting BIM/VDC, digital delivery, or engineering technology environments within the AEC industry
• Strong experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar engineering collaboration platforms
• Experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, aviation, utility, or large capital construction programs
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and engineering collaboration workflows
• Understanding of engineering document management, cloud collaboration, and digital delivery operations
• Experience coordinating across Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity stakeholders
• Strong organizational, communication, and operational problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
