POS Project Manager

About

As a POS Project Manager, you will support international cruise line projects during the implementation of our MXP POS system — from project management and business process optimization to worldwide onboard training and go-live support. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in the cruise and F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Project management for the implementation of the MXP POS system for international cruise line clients
• Advising and supporting clients in the configuration and optimization of business processes
• Conducting onboard training sessions and supporting go-live phases worldwide
• Communicating with clients and developers regarding support and enhancement tickets via the MXP Support Portal
• Testing new and enhanced POS-related applications and features
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• Actively contributing ideas for the further development of the POS system

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the cruise F&B sector, ideally in a management position
• Fluent in English for effective client communication , German is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong technical affinity and interest in IT systems
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• A high level of willingness to learn and the motivation to quickly acquire knowledge in new areas
• Confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel
