Requirements

• Strong experience in POS systems testing (both hardware and software)
• Proficient in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Hands-on familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools
• Demonstrated capability to lead QA teams, including coordination with offshore teams
• Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder management, and risk management
• In-depth knowledge of defect lifecycle management and release processes

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality assurance strategies for POS hardware and software solutions
• Develop comprehensive test plans encompassing functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases
• Manage risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies to guarantee timely and high-quality releases
• Lead and mentor QA Analysts and Senior QA Analysts
• Promote collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
• Provide expertise on testing frameworks, automation, and established best practices
• Supervise test design, execution, and defect lifecycle management
• Ensure transparent and consistent reporting of test outcomes and quality metrics
• Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, and Product teams to address issues
• Serve as the primary advocate for quality throughout the organization
• Articulate risks, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Align QA activities with business objectives and customer expectations
