Your Tasks:

• Operation, control, and monitoring of Power BI Premium / Fabric Capacities
• Analysis and optimization of performance and capacity utilization
• Assignment and management of workspaces
• Support with governance, security, and compliance topics
• Consulting and support for business departments from requirements gathering to the productive implementation of BI use cases
• Connection and integration of different data sources as well as support in the development of reports and dashboards
• Provision and operation of an Analytics Sandbox for controlled exploration of new data-driven application cases
• Conducting enablement measures and training for business users
• Definition, monitoring, and continuous optimization of KPIs and existing Power BI solutions
• Consulting on license and capacity decisions

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a Power BI Engineer / Developer or in a comparable position in the BI environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service), especially data modeling and DAX
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
• Experience in the setup, operation, or further development of BI or Analytics platforms
• Good understanding of governance, security, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment
• Strong consulting and communication skills in dealing with business departments
• Clear communication and experience in moderating workshops
• Structured, self-reliant, and quality-oriented way of working
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a co-creation model
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
